Fair Pay
Tranwell Farm Holidays is committed to paying fair wages and complying with all relevant employment legislation.
We support the principles of the Living Wage and regularly review pay rates to ensure employees are compensated fairly for their work.
As a small business with a very small workforce, we are not legally required to publish Gender Pay Gap data. However, we are committed to equal pay for equal work and do not tolerate pay discrimination on the basis of gender or any other protected characteristic.
