Tent pitches

We have 7 tent pitches

Open May until the end of September - minimum 2 night stay off peak and 4 to 7 night stays during the summer holidays.

Our tent pitches are numbered  1 to 7 they are large pitches mown into the long grass with room for 1 tent (an extra pup tent or gazebo can be added at an additional cost).  Each pitch can accommodate up to 2 adults and up to 3 children.  Pitches 1 to 3 our woodside pitches are sheltered pitches by the trees and enjoy the morning sun.  Meadow Pitches 4 and 5 are more open pitches which in turn enjoy the sun for a bit longer.  Our lane side Pitches 6 & 7 are near the touring pitches adjacent to the access road to the shower and toilets, Our tent pitches are accessible by car to drop off your tent and belongings then we ask that you park up in the grass parking area at the entrance to the site until the end of your holiday unless you require your car for accessibility reasons.  If you would prefer a particular number of pitch please just drop us a note in the comments section of the booking form and we will let you know if that pitch is available.

All our camping pitches have their own fire pit area and picnic table, fire pits are available to collect next to the welcome hut and logs are available to pre order for collection from inside the welcome hut.

"Please Note - this is a quiet family friendly site, groups, loud music or rowdy behaviour are not tolerated at any time and you will be asked to leave.  We operate a strictly no noise rule between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am".  Ball games are not allowed on the camping field.

Refuse and Recycling

We provide recycling facilities so that guests can properly recycle their waste.  We appreciate your help too by reducing the amount of waste you produce and bring to our properties to help us aspire to becoming zero waste.   The only thing we are unable to recycle is glass as Northumberland County council do not provide a glass collection.  Therefore we ask that if you do bring glass please take it away with you to the nearest glass recycling point located at the car park at 'The Sun Inn' on the way into Morpeth.
