Welcome to Ireby Cottage
A deceptively spacious semi-detached two bedroom cottage on our Farm in the peaceful village of Tranwell close to the historic Market Town of Morpeth and about a 30 minute walk away from our campsite.
Designed to be wheelchair accessible with a level path from the parking area at the front to French doors at the rear.

Unwind in the airy lounge featuring a digital flat-screen smart TV, a large leather recliner sofa and a matching armchair. For cooler evenings, the log burner creates a cosy, welcoming ambiance. With books and a CD player available, it’s the perfect spot to relax while the dogs curl up by the fire.

The heart of the home, the dining room features a beautiful solid oak round table with seating for 4 to 6 people. Share meals, conversations, and moments together in this warm, inviting space.

Create culinary delights in the fully fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, eye-level electric oven and grill, built-in microwave, and a sleek 4-ring ceramic hob. The modern design and practical layout ensure an enjoyable cooking experience.

Just off the kitchen, the utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, and air drying facilities, perfect for keeping everything fresh during your stay.

- Master Bedroom: Relax in the spacious king-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress, ensuring restful nights of sleep.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends, this room features two full-size single beds.
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with solid oak bedside tables, chests of drawers, and wardrobes, combining elegance with practicality.

- Wet Room: This fully tiled wet room includes a walk-in shower with a shower chair and stool, non-slip safety flooring, and accessible features such as a chrome grab handle.

Peaceful Garden Room
A sanctuary within the cottage, the garden room is your space to read, relax, or simply soak in the views. The bi-fold doors open onto a patio and a large, enclosed lawned garden, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

The fully fenced garden looks out across open fields and farmland, creating a peaceful, private space to relax outdoors. It’s ideal for enjoying meals on the patio, unwinding in the fresh air, or letting dogs roam safely while you take in the surrounding countryside.
Access to footpaths and nature trails around the farms own nature reserve.
Easy Parking
Private parking for up to two cars is located directly beside the cottage, offering convenient, step-free access via a level path to French doors at the rear and making arrivals, departures, and unloading simple and stress-free.

Pets
We are happy to accept well behaved pets, (please keep dogs on a lead at all times when out on the farm and keep them out of the bedrooms and off the furniture). We do ask that you make sure that you take extra care to clean up after your pet. If you absolutely feel you need to allow your dog on the bed please bring your own bedlinen and towels. * If we find any muddy footprints on the furniture or bedlinen we reserve the right to add an additional cleaning charge.
Access
Ireby has a level path from the parking area at the front all the way to French doors at the rear providing a level access without any steps.
The cottage is large and spacious with open plan rooms that make manoeuvring easy. Thoughtfully designed with a family bath room and separate wet room with walk in shower, shower chair and stool.
